Darkyra is a band with a history that spans over a decade. Current members are Gina Bafile - vocals (Anfitrite), Drew Casella – drums, Maaz Manik – Bass (Diamond Sky) and Pedro LeLorenz – Guitar and Backup Vocals (Queen Hyena, Eyes and Teeth). 

2024 the Darkyra brand returned to the stage after a very long hiatus. 2025, album 3, ‘Lifeforce’ was released under renowned Australian label, Battlegod Productions. 

Since ‘Life Force’s release, the focus has been on growing as a band, writing the next themed album and raising the bar on their local performances. Earlier this year they supported Finnish Power Metallers, Battle Beast at Magnet House, Perth.
