'We Are Blind' - Expected to be released late Feb/ early March 2026

NEW SINGLE COMING SOON!

STREAMING ONLY FEB / MARCH

Darkyra has taken their traditional Symphonic approach for this particular track and has followed on from their second album, 'Fool', which had some beautiful orchestral arrangements made by Greek Producer, George Boussounis. George has also arranged the instrumentation on 'We Are Blind'. The song is a writing partnership between Krissy Sanfead and Gina Bafile. Krissy also co wrote one of the featured tracks on the 'Life Force' album, 'Leap Before You Die', and is a rising superstar guitarist currently making a splash within her hometown Perth with her original band 'Parabelum.

The song is about the sad demise of our planet and what the kids of the furture will inherit. The aim was to kind of come up with a symphonic equivalent of 'We Are the World' song which was created for world vision but make this one more about environmental issues bringing together some of Perths rising metal musicians. So having said that there will be

a couple of guest vocalists joining Gina on this track but we don't want to give away all the details too soon so you will have to check back on this page as we get closer to the release date we will announce who they are.

Darkyra have stayed local with the mixing and mastering on this track which is currently under way now through Li Heng Chan of Productive Outcomes.
